Turbomachinery & Rotating Equipment Repair

Pump Repair
Reconditioning to restore original performance, or reengineering for severe service. We work the full range of process pumps, boiler feedwater, cooling tower and pipeline booster units, routinely overhauling horizontal and radial-split case, multi-stage, vertical, sump and reciprocating pumps.

Gearbox Repair
Restoration begins with analysis from our engineering staff, with recommendations made to industry standards to restore smooth, efficient performance. We routinely service right-angle, planetary and high-speed increaser gearboxes, along with mixer and extruder drives and cooling tower units.

Fan & Blower Repair
Serving petrochemical, pulp and paper, municipal and utility customers, with experience on forced-draft and induced-draft units, both overhung and between-bearing designs. Beyond repairs, dynamic balancing and bump testing, we fabricate new units from abrasion-resistant carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Rotary lobe blowers of all makes and sizes are commonly serviced as well.
